As the year has progressed, we have been working tirelessly on combating the delays that have taken place during these unprecedented times as a result of COVID-19.
95% of our orders are being shipped out within our standard production times, however, there is still a small percentage of orders that are taking a bit longer to produce.

We have promised to be transparent with our customers regarding the delays we are facing due to Covid-19 and have decided to update you on the new developments regarding these said delays.
Our normal tall size t-shirts were out of stock for a while however we had replaced Gildan tall size tee with a Dri-fit Moisture Wicking tall size t-shirts. The material is better however the price is remained the same. However we don’t have Black for Dri-fit Moisture Wicking t-shirts, and the graphite heather color will be a great choice.11 - 30 - 2020Many of our products are still shipping in the normal time frame, but due to the global impact of COVID-19 some products may experience delays of up to 20 business days or more. Please know that we are doing everything possible to get your order out as fast as possible.
We receive good compliments on the material of our new tall size t-shirts. However graphite heather color is temporarily out of stock and we suggest you changing your shirts into forest green heather. We believe it will be awesome. We’re really sorry to announce that our black cap was out of stock too and we’re contacting to our supplier to fulfill our stock as soon as possible. The good thing is awesome navy caps are still available.
It would be an awesome ideas if email us that you agree to change your XLT 3XLT black tall size t-shirts into Graphite Heather/ 2XLT black tall size tee changed into Forest green heather/ Black cap changed into navy one. Since if not, we will send you emails asking for color changing and it will be time-consuming.
Please know that we are doing everything possible to get your order out as fast as possible.
12 - 16 - 2020
Orders placed before December 11 have the best chance of arriving by Christmas.
Orders placed between December 12 & 15 will most likely arrive by Christmas, barring issues in transit or production, if shipped via UPS ground.
Orders placed between December 16 & 19 are least likely to arrive by Christmas. We recommend shipping via 2-Day or Overnight based on order date. Please contact our support team support@heathenbynature.com for direction if you want to change your shipping method.
